Runs

Benefits include year round led runs & rides, advice on your running and cycling, use of the BG Sports Club changing facilities, bar and social facilities, along with frequent social events.

Our club runs are on a Monday night at 7pm

Runners meet at the BG Sports Club and are usually back to rehydrate by 8pm.
We generally have at least four groups of different speeds and distances who run distances from 3 to 6 miles come rain or shine. The first Monday of each month is Curry Night, run starts at 7pm followed by refreshments and a curry.

Our Club rides are Wed 7pm & Sat 9am

We usually have 5 varied groups,covering a range of speeds and distances to suit all abilities.
